Mike Campbell IU Hospitality infuses Indiana University’s beautiful campus with vibrant life, creating a home away from home for visitors and the IU community alike. From our space in the Indiana Memorial Union, hospitality staff serve thousands of guests each year through professional dining and retail operations, catered events, conferences, and celebrations, keeping our spaces clean and functional, our food tasty, and our customers happy.

Food & Beverage Director

Oversees IU Catering staff—including chefs and kitchen, sales and procurement, management, and culinary and service delivery teams—as well as dining and retail operations for the nine restaurant concepts in the Indiana Memorial Union. Also manages client satisfaction for diners at the IMU and catering events both on campus and throughout Bloomington.
